Plaza Athenee - ניו יורק

Location is prime and also relatively quiet regarding all the noise of NY. A traditional oriented hotel with a nice feeling about it. Not too big.

The location was great and the concierge was very nice.

I expected more from a 5 star hotel, there is a normal hotel, the only thing wich is special is the location. Also, they charge for the internet acess at the room and even when you pay, you can not use 2 computers at the same time, I think this is very poor for a five star hotel.

Just extraordinary. Feels like Paris. Staff is beyond wonderful. After an hour there, everyone knew my name. There is nothing they will not do and nothing is a problem. Rooms are lovely and very comfortable. Has become one of my favorites for nyc

A very comfortable and non pretentious hotel on the upper east side, with perfect service and very decent rooms.

Bar and restaurant are somewhat overpriced.

A small European feeling boutique hotel. Luxurious..great location...service is outstanding. Would stay again. Worth the price that isn't that much more than lesser quality hotels. Loved it!

Corridor from elevator to my room was freezing cold. Romm 607 has an akward toillete seat. Last morning there as no warm water avaliable. After letting it run for 10 minutes, some dirty warm water came out f the tap. Stsff explained that municipality worked on the hot water pipework over the night. This info was not conveyed to me in a timely fashin. As I was leaving early I needed to wash myself with cold water. A shame for such a good hotel.

Room appearance and location.

We found only a Queen bed room when we arrived but the hotel provided us with a wonderful room the following two days of our stay. Very responsive to our needs.

The service, the size of the room, the comfort, the location. It was just wonderful.

It would be nice if they had some sort of 'green' program like other hotels do. For example to give the option of just making up the bed & towels for further use instead of changing them every day. We're not so fussy but I'm guessing most of their normal clientele might expect that. It's not a bad thing, just a more modern thing to consider.

Quiet yet well located. Warm and friendly atmosphere and staff were very helpful and caring. Very much appreciated the room upgrade when requested on arrival.

Not really a complaint, but if I was travelling with my children, it would be nice to have a pool.

The staff were very friendly and the service was superb. The location near central Park was ideal for us.

The extras were really expensive - $10 for a cappuccino. It meant we did not use the hotel facilities, mini bar etc.

Incredible staff works hard to make your stay special. Excellent location. Balconies on upper floors offer great views. Good soundproofing.

The property is dated and in dire need of renovation. Rooms especially are tired and motel-like in creature comforts. Minibar price list deliberately hidden away and contains nasty surprises. Consuming anything at all, whether in minibar fridge or in a kitchenette, will severely damage your wallet. Don't use the hotel power plug adapter, opening the box will add 40 dollars to your bill.

Terrific, upscale location with wonderful shopping & restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was very professional and accommodating. We were upgraded to a suite at check-in. It was very spacious and beautifully appointed. This is a very quiet & relaxing hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Very well located and very nice staff. You do not feel as though you are living with too much overhelming commotion of city but you are just blocks away from crowds. Less than a block away from madison ave.the staff really stands out as being exceptionall, from the doormen to the person checking you in. They communicate welcome, the house has a very lovely feel.

It would be nice to have a more everyday priced restaurant in the hotel of closeby but I suppose this gives the hotel the quiet and exclusive feel.

The hardest quality to come by in a NYC hotel is quiet - at the end of the day, to come back to a place which surrounds you with peacefulness. The Plaza Athenee does this better than any other hotel I have been in in New Yord,
